Communications booth
in
Community Village
at the
Oregon Country Fair
Welcome to the Communications Booth, in the back of the Normal Free Zone in Community Village, in Oregon Country Fair.
One way to try us with a live chat, is via IRC. Our channel name is #OCF. Since we are entirely off the grid, we're coming to you via batteries and solar pannels, cellular phones and a wire-through-the trees-through -an-antennae-on-a-barn. So keep checking in!
Other ways to connect with us: Leave a message below with OCF.talk. A little asynchronous, but we will be checking it out!
And you can e-mail us at combooth@efn.org.
Both Rev. Chumleigh and Artis the Spoonman have PROMISED to be here (though one of them said, "the moment you walk away, I will have no idea what we were talking about!" However, check in for these cultural leaders' posts. They are part of the "Heal Normality Naturally" campaign! (For more information on that later, e-mail chrp@efn.org.)
To find out what we're up to write us at: combooth@efn.org

An introduction to our booth
The Communication / Networking Booth is a part of the Community Village,
which is a spiritual center manifesting a vision of love, peace, trust,
cooperation, equality and social service. The members of this booth
recognize the value in diversity and all work together to facilitate
communication and networking to expand consciousness. Through the use of
mutual support and cultural exchange our mission is to grow beyond the
Faire and out into the World providing information access and networking
for progressive social change. We believe in power with, not power over
and together work toward this transformation.
And now... Meet our family!
